Sportsgrants is a unique foundation using social media amongst other fundraising techniques to support charitable causes. This year Sportsgrants Foundation held the Fight Gone Bad a worldwide fundraiser hosted at various CrossFit Gyms. On November 13th, 2011 Sportsgrants Foundation presented Camp Patriot with a check of $100,000 before a Seattle Seahawks v. Baltimore Ravens game. This generous contribution is the largest donation in the history of Camp Patriot.

Mt Rainier 2010 Climb
The 2010 Mt Rainier Climb
All climb participants came to a week of rigorous climb training the end of April. Robert Vera of Iron90 Workplace Wellness, Phoenix AZ, in cooperation with Curtis Fawley, FarWest Log & Timber Construction, Carbondale CO, and head guide, provided a program of expert preparation for our veterans. Marriott hotels hosted the team providing first class accomodations for their every need.
July 9-15 The time has now come... The four Veterans will be arriving in Seattle starting Wednesday, July 7th. The afternoon of Friday, July 9th they will receive a tour of Qwest Field by our Seahawks hosts. Friday evening they will be the guests of honor at our annual Qwest dinner/auction fundraiser, featuring Dr Scott Parazynski as our celebrity speaker. Dr. Parazynski is a medical doctor, NASA astronaut (flew 5 shuttle missions, 7 space walks) and mountain climber (climbed Mt Everest last year). Learn more about Dr Parazynski by clicking here.
The public is invited to the Qwest Dinner Auction at the Qwest FSN lounge - tho a deadline was set for ordering tickets, space is still available for those wishing to attend this gala event. For details click here.
