MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

Thank you for taking the time to visit our site and if  you are a Veteran, I cannot  thank you enough for your service to our great nation.

Our U.S. Military Veterans have given much to defend our country and freedom. Our disabled veterans have given even more, and they deserve a program like Camp Patriot that will endeavor to make their lives better. The Camp Patriot mission is to establish and maintain a permanent, world-class facility that will provide an outdoor recreational experience to the brave men and women who have been disabled during their service of our country.

Camp Patriot exists to bring disabled U.S. Military Veterans to Montana for outdoor recreational therapy. Our great nation has over 2.3 million disabled veterans. Research over the years has shown marked improvement for disabled people who are encouraged and engage in outdoor activities. Technological advances with prosthetic and adaptive equipment design have opened many doors to outdoor activities that were previously barriers to the disabled.

We at Camp Patriot believe a combination of compassion and outdoor adventure will lead to a positive paradigm shift in the lives of our disabled military veterans.

The raffle is our first big fundraising campaign. Many thanks to Bryan Reid, owner of Pioneer Log Homes of British Columbia, for the donation of the log home package. A special thanks to: Far West Log and Timber Construction, Jim Shockey Hunting adventures, The R&K Hunting Company and Sportsman's Warehouse for their commitment to Camp Patriot and donations for the raffle. It will be a team effort that makes this project happen and we need your help to sell as many tickets as possible to push this project forward.
